Working with Matrix under our government contracts is not only a rewarding career in serving our military families but yes it is consistent work and normally better schedules than working in the private sector. Matrix works with the facilities in coordinating the needs of the employees. The facility has their requirements and if an employee is not meeting those requirements it is an area Matrix must work through with the employee and the facility. Matrix management try to ensure all facts are known, but if the facility has proof of performance, time and attendance, etc. issues then Matrix must meet contractual obligations and provide staff who meet the requirements.
