Unprofessional company - Lab Technician Matrix Sciences Employee Review

Overtime is mandatory, management is terrible and not proactive, autoclaves are on the verge of exploding, and equipment is always broken making the job difficult because management expects quotas to be hit with nothing working. Absolutely no work-life balance and the training system is inconsistent and doesn’t work. The branch needs to be shut down or new management needs to be implemented. Also, the hiring freeze shouldn’t be a thing, they are severely understaffed.
