Pros

Easy access to discuss anything with the executive team, CEO, President, and Vice President really care about employees. Executive team knows employees and their family. Belief in God and very faith based. Executive team shares company success with field employees through bonuses. They have also taken care of field staff during times of inclement weather and disasters.

Cons

Sometimes some long hours, especially during travel.

Pros

Mavagi has a heartwarming vision and mission for serving those with disabilities and providing all individuals the opportunities they deserve. The amount of effort that leadership invests into their employees is exceptional and shows through the dedication of each employee. They push all employees at all levels to achieve their optimal levels of performance and provide all of the needed support to do so along the way. To see an executive team that is invested in each employee's success is exceptional and they never put themselves first. The compassionate culture of the company starts with the executive team and provides positive energy throughout the company. I have not experienced working with an employer with such integrity and compassion. It's a wonderful feeling to be able to leave work each day knowing I had a positive impact on someone's life and have the excitement to wake up each day and do it again.

Cons

Finding employees to fit the mission has been challenging with the current staffing shortages.

Pros

Happy, hard working people on the lower end of the food chain, open opportunities for everyone regardless of disabilities.

Cons

Working through contracted hoops between the company and the government and as always the gov sides increases the tediousness of it all while the hours and man power struggle on the contractor.
