      Get to learn a lot, Nice people, flexible hours, good resources, liberty to design and work, challenging projects.

      Cons

      Not too much pay, poor management, no bonus structure, not too many benefits, not too appreciation for the work you do.

      Fast growth. Lots of projects but the owner enforces and promotes a balance between work and personal life. You'll be challenged but not overworked.

      Cons

      The bathrooms lol. But that's a non issue if you're reading this in 2025..
