      Work from home ( that too only for guys staying for long time in organization) Time Flexibility Client Interaction

      No Work Ethics Will get calls from Leads at 1 am or 2 am No process. No salary or allowance if you work on saturday and sunday

      It is a small company.But in the company staff colleagues nature was very good.they were so helpful to us

      first time I am so afraid to see this culture.but slowly I forgot my all frightness slowly because of company culture.
