Pros

They have Good hours and holidays off.

Cons

Asm, and service managers cant wear short pants and living in florida getting over 103 degrees un summer it gets really hot, Also not enough pay for service managers other company's are paying more for doing less. And also there is no motivation on moving up to a manager when the salary is $58,000 a year when there are other company's in the automotive industry that start paying at $73,000 up to $90,000 a year plus bonus.

Pros

Coworkers at the store are great, love getting overtime, current store manager is great overall, location is clean enough

Cons

RTM is not friendly and doesn't not do what he's supposed to and is forgetful, the company doesn't fix things that are in dire need at any of the stores such as leaky roofs and lifts, pay is lower than the average, needing Google reviews and surveys for repeat customers is unnecessary, too much favoritism within the company, higher ups threaten jobs way too much that it stresses out everyone in the location
