Salary was ok for high stress environment

This company is absolutly the most greedy and ruthless place iv ever worked for. The regionals push unrealistic sales goals on all managers and force them to take on rediculous amounts of work and basically put out fires all day. The hours are very strenuous and they clearly dont care for anyones well being. The employees are the worst in the buisness with no experience because the company refuses to pay better money for properly qualified tech and employees in general. They are very quick the terminate you and rehire you to eliminate having to pay out vacation or personal time if you need to take an emergency leave or anything of the sort. The pressure and expectations are completly unrealistic and they generally only point out the negatives and rarly congradulate good work. Even the best managers out there can barely keep customers happy and keep employees in check and getting quality work out of the techs is near impossible. The company doesnt even fire employees who are constantly a problem whether its them veing late literally everyday, having multiple write ups, or consistanly not listening or doing intentionally bad work. This company needs to be exposed for their ruthless behavior and unethical expectations that force managers to sell things custo.ers dont need at all. Managers live in fear of being demoted or moved so far from home they are forced to quit so the company doesnt have to pay out unemployment. It is the worst scam iv ever seen and i was a top manger in the company for 3 years.

Pros

I’ve been with the company going on a year and yes they really care about their staff. If you work hard and prove that your an asset they notice. I’ve received 4 raises in the almost year I’ve been with Mavis. My latest promotion was a store managers position.

Cons

It’s sometimes hard to get a hold of HR or payroll it’s like the answering service doesn’t rely messages to them.

Pros

Manger is awesome, truly one of the few I have worked with that really belong in the position.

Cons

Everyone above him aren't, the regional management have unrealistic and no real idea of each stores process let alone willing to allow for proper training
