Pros

Numerous Holidays closed Tons of openings and quick promotions

Cons

Managers forced to work 13 hour days on Thursdays Bonus program does not work in your favor, back shop pay overages is dollar for dollar against your bonus. Even when you are short employees No support for any issues with anyone in NY No vacations for any employee from November to Jan. High turn over.

Pros

I’ve been with the company going on a year and yes they really care about their staff. If you work hard and prove that your an asset they notice. I’ve received 4 raises in the almost year I’ve been with Mavis. My latest promotion was a store managers position.

Cons

It’s sometimes hard to get a hold of HR or payroll it’s like the answering service doesn’t rely messages to them.

Pros

Manger is awesome, truly one of the few I have worked with that really belong in the position.

Cons

Everyone above him aren't, the regional management have unrealistic and no real idea of each stores process let alone willing to allow for proper training
