Great people, great team, kind CEO. The team is very close-knit and treats each other like family. They have respect for a work/life balance for all and encourage everyone to be their best both inside and outside of the office.

MBP took a chance on me as an entry level originator. They gave me the tools to be successful but it's totally up to the individual to put themselves out there and work. There's a lot to learn and have some great leaders who are fantastic at real estate. I was able to team up with a senior originator and work on deals with them while building out my pipeline. It was a difficult first year of putting my head down and grinding while learning not knowing when I would close a deal but so worth it. I am closing deals now regularly, making better money than I could on a salaried job and am very happy working here. Great team, chilled office that is nice to come into every day and great people and industry relationships. CRE sales isn't for everyone but I love it and can't believe I get to do this at the level I am 3 years out of college.

You really have to take it upon yourself to learn and put yourself out there as it is commission based which can be hard when you're new. When you get past the learning hump you can make a lot of money on even one deal so it's so worth it rather than take a salaried job as an analyst and not learn or be exposed to anything else. I have a longer commute to the office which I really need to be in-person for to learn and work with others and join on deals.
