Cons
- No 401k - Outdated & abusive managing techniques - Resistant to any kind of change or suggestions - Executives prefer to sweep issues under the rug instead of dealing with them - If you work in design, don't actually think they'll allow you to be creative. Management is very controlling and will not allow any creative freedom. - Very low salary & not much PTO - No vision insurance - You have to beg for a day off - Long hours (typically 9am-7:30pm on a good night but sometimes stayed as late as 9:30pm), NO work/life balance - Expected to work some Saturdays without overtime if you are salary - Very unorganized & individual roles/ responsibilities are unclear - Very understaffed and take way too long to hire help
