Pros

1. You will learn how to maintain sheets & draft emails. 2. It’s a small team so they try celebrating certain occasions together. 3. Decent workplace.

Cons

1. No fixed timings, they will literally force you to stay for long and get the work done. 2. No work life balance since you might have to work from home even on a day off. 3. No HR policies. 4. Fake promises. Don’t believe on what they say. Get everything documented. 5. If they (founders) ever get any criticism from the clients, they will pass on their frustrations to the employees. They might also shout on you someday! 6. Beware! They might be checking your personal or professional skype/whatsapp/hangouts chats. 7. They will make you feel so worthless that you will be scared of finding another job. You will decide to stick to this company because you will start believing that you deserve NOTHING.

Pros

Firstly, the people. They are genuinely the most respectful and down-to-earth working people I have met. My typical notion of being an intern (with no experience whatsoever) co-existing in an office setting with people already well-established in their fields, was quite dominating. But everyone here made me feel welcome and comfortable from the first day itself until my last. Next, the work. Each work is pre-approved 2-3 times before it's passed on to the other departments. Promising quality work every time, everyone is dedicated and knowledgeable in their respective field. Lastly, the activities. I worked there as an intern for about 6 weeks and got the pleasure of experiencing such praiseworthy recreational activities. I was quite happy that the company doesn't follow an all-work and no-play policy. That maybe the best of 'em all!

Cons

The cons of working here are quite less, to be honest. If I were to name a few from my personal experience, it may be the long working hours. Since I wasn't used to sitting at a desk from 10 to 7, it was a bit exhilarating at first. Also, things got a bit messy sometimes, with all the work gathering up and deadlines to meet.
