Pros
They follow a flat hierarchy and are open to good new ideas. The compensation is on par with good industry standards. Quite a friendly young team to collaborate and grow. I have personally worked with CEO, and Director of Product development and all of them encourage your contribution and give you more responsibilities.
Cons
The management has a good process and product orientations but if you are self-starter you will soon be in the good books of management.
