Where to begin...
-Maxim doesn't know ethics are.
-They promote based off of who you know NOT how qualified you may be
-They treat internal employees like they are disposable.
-Upper management makes all the money, while the people below them do all the grunt work, and don't receive a quarter of what they're making
-Management is super petty.
-They say that that strive to promote from within, but thats a joke. It will take you FOREVER to move through the ranks
-The pay SUCKS. If you get a dollar raise in two years consider yourself one of the lucky ones. They are no where near market value. you can go work at a company down the road and make 8-10k more..EASILY
-Management loves to say how well the company is doing..yet our merit/ bonus payouts are terrible.
-They are not up to date with new technology, so sometimes its really difficult to get your job done.
-The IT department is horrible, I really don't know what we pay them for.
-Low tuition reimbursement
-The company wide 401k match wont exceed $750 in one year, which is terrible (if you didnt know)
-The turnover is insane, it only takes people a couple of months to realize how screwed up this place is and then they are running for the hills
Overall advice to prospective candidates: Please don't have high expectations for this company.
