Pros

Great hours, free chiropractic care

Cons

This was honestly the most terrible place I have ever worked. The way they treat their employees is abysmal. One, you're not given access to benefits. Two, you will get yelled at for literally being one minute late. They also expect you to buy into their Ponzi schemes (she sells face care and they both sell vitamins they also try to peddle to their patients). The owners are a husband and wife couple that do not care about their employees, so the turnover is extremely high. DO NOT work here.

Pros

Working here as a front desk employee was one of the most rewarding and enjoyable experiences of my career. From day one, I was welcomed into a team that felt more like family than coworkers. The environment was always upbeat, positive, and full of energy—not just from the amazing patients we served, but from the supportive, fun-loving team I had the pleasure of working with every day. The doctors and staff truly care about both the patients and each other. I always felt heard, appreciated, and encouraged to grow professionally and personally. There was a great balance of professionalism and fun, and each day brought new opportunities to learn and make a difference.

Cons

Nothing negative! Just a great place to work.

Pros

There are no upsides of this job

Cons

Saying this positions is a Chiropractic Assistant is reaching. They hired me on saying I would be assisting people with their pre-chiropractic stretches and exercises, and helping to educate people on their traction/stretching exercises. The reality was giving people neck massages before they entered the room with the chiropractor. This position is completley unnecessary and it was described to me many times as the "icing on the cake". It is similar to going to a barber shop and having a complimentary neck massage. It feels nice to customers, but it is not indicative of whether or not a person will continue going back. I was too qualified to have the "icing on the cake" position. Additionally, this company acts like all western medicine is a conspiracy. There are benefits to all types of medicine, and I do not believe chiropractors are the only real doctors who can help you. If you don't respect any other forms of medicine (or proactive medicine), you are doing your costumers a huge dis-service.
