Pros
Very helpful coworkers, diverse environment, supervisors are very accessible. Good benefits once you are granted permanency. Overall its a good job if you are young, quick to learn, and dont have kids. There is potential for growth, Ive witnessed it. You need great phone manner and patience, though, because clients can be rude, annoying, and utterly unknowledgeable about what they are talking about. So if you have a bad attitude or are not much of a friendly person, you will most likely be terminated at some point because each call is monitored, lol.
Cons
Company policies are overly enforced and a bit extreme. As far as time and attendance, its worse than high school. There is a whacky and obscure point system employees must abide by, otherwise it will affect their time and attendence or "adherence" as maximus calls it. In training whichbis three weeks you cannot be a minute late. If your late even by a minute two times, youre fired. You also cannot miss any days. If you are sick, you better get to work or look for another job. They would.probably throw a doctors note in a shredder. Basically if you are not dying, there are no excxused absences. You cannot clock in early, not even by 2 minutes. Its gotta be on the dot.. I feel constantly watched and micromanaged. There is no transparency in this company. The computer system needs to be improved. It will randomly clock an employee out and it counts against you. So basically you have to make sure the system isnt screwing up, Id say once every 10 minutes. Oh and managers never follow dresscode.
