Pros

Vending machines in lunch room

Cons

They time you for everything. You can’t even poop on the clock. I had to fight for a week during COVID to be allowed my own desk (instead of a spot in a CROWDED CLASSROOM) taking calls. It’s just a call center, and they try to brainwash you to think it’s great- it’s not. You leave everyday emotionally exhausted.

Pros

Remote, adequate training and guidance and usually everything /software works - minus regular hiccups.

Cons

Not too many - a few misunderstanding s about training classes and roles but overall, not bad.

Forced overtime And they micromanage everything that u do
