Pros
I love what I do here but I could see why others hate it. Most of my coworkers hate it at Maximus LOL! I don't though b/c I am great at what I do. Love that my direct Supervisor is extremely professional, hard-working and fair. The work itself is extremely easy and I could do it in my sleep.
Cons
Pay is low but good compared to other similar like-roles, benefits are almost non-existent if you're employed with Maximus through a staffing agency. When I first started, many, MANY angry callers that hang up on you/chew you out but I rarely get angry calls now. I know others definitely do
