Pros
Management is amazing and friendly. The staff are super friendly and it was great having good co-workers and supervisors who were humanly possible to work with. The job is easy to, once you get the hang of it!
Cons
Too much of the same routine. After a year of working there, I was starting to get really weary of going to work because it is just so boring. Very little opportunity for advancement. Need to be of Spanish descent to make it in to the Call Center Lead position, supervisor, or anything else that is not CSR. Worst of all, there is no acknowledgment for your hard work. If you do not like the same thing over and over again, this is not the place for you. If you have a short temper, not the place for you either. Pay is not much either. I got a 0.05 raise for my annual evaluation! Not even enough to make a difference.
