Pros
- Though I considered the pay low, their compensation is at least commensurate with the market for that job type - Generally easy job. If you are looking for a job that requires little thinking and that you can turn off when you leave the building for the day then Maximus has opportunities for you.\ - Maximus has lots of locations so there is potential to remain with the company through relocations.
Cons
- Very untrustworthy company. Do not believe anything they tell you. I cannot count the number of times the employees were given assurances by management that were false. - Atrocious training of both staff and first line managers - A "shut-up and go along culture": Absolutely do not work here if you possess a work ethic that inspires to improve things that are broken or that might be able to be done another way.
