Pros

A supportive environment and weekly mentorship. Overall good company morale. Annual review meetings where pay is negotiable. Amazing supervisors in leadership that are knowledgeable and supportive. Great OT gym that speech patients love.

Cons

Low pay, -compared to others - however the company will compensate according to employee self advocacy. Company does not contribute to CEU's costs.

Pros

Great benefits, amazing co-workers, a lot of flexibility in my schedule. The owner is understanding and provides a lot of education to the staff. There is a lot of training time when it comes to starting as a new employee as well. The front office provides great customer service as well! They recently remodeled both of their clinics and it is spacious, clean and very safe.

Cons

The break room is a little small for the employees. COVID19 restrictions limit available space for patient waiting areas.

Pros

The other therapists are all really great, enjoy collaborating, and care about the patients. There is no work to take home. The clinical director is very easy to approach and always willing to help/guide through questions. Easy documentation system, with computers in every treatment room.

Cons

Must be fairly confident and flexible-your day changes throughout your shift (patients cxl and different ones get booked - which I guess is also good because the front office try's to keep everyone's schedule filled). They are open until 7pm and the later hours are the busiest - so you need to be able to work all or a few late days/wk.
