8yThe nature of our industry demands people who are flexible, resilient, responsive and can manage concurrent projects. I believe you came into the business during a period of hectic activity, and I can see by your review that I didn’t adequately prepare you for the tempo of work. For that, I must apologize. You deserved a better experience as a part of the Maxwell IT team.
While I am open to critique and will accept blame for my shortcomings, I must take issue with your claims that my business practices are unethical or that I withhold information from clients. Personal and professional integrity are incredibly important to me, and I would never knowingly mislead a client or employee. If you saw or heard something that you felt was unethical, I wish you would have brought it to my attention. I can promise that I’m nowhere as volatile as you think I am.
