This is a family-run company with extremely controlling upper management. There are tons of dumb rules that make no sense, and somehow everything is always your fault for some random reason they just made up. The office is dead silent. Feels like a library where everyone’s scared to talk, except management. People constantly feel watched, and yes, they actually monitor employees through cameras, which makes the place feel creepy and stressful. Pay is very low, but expectations are insanely high. They want maximum effort for minimum pay. Looking to work in a prison-like environment? This is your place.
