Excellent place to work, leanr & grow The founder are amazing people indeed. Most flexible working environment with good salary as compare to other companies in Pakistan. To expeirence MTP you must join them first instead to seeing it with external eyes. My experience went best and it made me learn a lot not only professionally but a lot of people MGT skills as well that're helping me to grow personally as well. You must develop high callibre skills to survive this place as it's not for weak people. Having said that I mean their existing team is highly competent and superb challenging when it comes to girls team. They're exceptionally talented. So it was great learning experience and the same time managing such a great team.

I joined the company on April 13, 2022, and over the past four years, it has been a highly rewarding journey both professionally and personally. One of the biggest strengths of the company is its learning environment. I had the opportunity to work on diverse technologies, real-world production systems, and challenging problems, which significantly enhanced my technical and architectural skills. The organization truly encourages continuous learning and improvement. Career growth is another strong aspect. Starting as a developer and progressing to a Team Lead role has been a great experience, with ample opportunities to take ownership and lead initiatives. The company offers competitive compensation and fairly compensates overtime, either through payment or compensatory time off. This reflects a strong understanding of employee effort and work-life balance. The team environment is highly supportive and collaborative. Colleagues are always willing to help, and management maintains transparent communication. The company also has strong policies in place to ensure an inclusive and respectful workplace for both male and female employees. From a process perspective, the organization follows well-structured Agile methodologies, which help maintain clarity, efficiency, and discipline in delivery. Deadlines are taken seriously, which can sometimes make the environment demanding, but it also helps build strong accountability and execution skills. Leadership is another highlight, especially the CTO, who brings more than 20 years of strong industry experience and provides valuable direction and technical guidance.
