Pros

It is an Inclusive workplace with emphasis on learning and growing as a team. High level of variety for projects requires flexibility and keeps things interesting. It will be ideal for someone who is willing to get his/her hands dirty and do the work.

Cons

More snacks will be nice

Pros

Good work life balance, flexible hours, no one will be watching you all the time and asking what you are doing. This is still a start-up, which means you can explore whatever ways you want to do things and also you can explore something that is out of your scope if you care to ask. This will be nice for people who do not want to be limited to same tasks and repeat every day. After all, people here really care what they do and want to make a real impact.

Cons

First, Fremont is a little far away. Second, this is a startup, after all. So things will not be like big companies. Do not expect everything to be super organized. You have to embrace change every moment.

Pros

Free parking if you owned a car and drove in everyday

Cons

The ceo is temperamental making the workplace unpleasant. The founders tamper with everything even if it seems to be working. Why? they are impatient to ride out the full benefits. There is no realistic 5 year plan. It's 1 or none. Finessing to improve a process is not at all what they do here. It is a full on wrecking ball. Wiping out any prior efforts, achievements and team members. Yes! I did say team members. The way they take out employees is a full on harassment violation. I was there for a short period but witnessed all of the above happen. The ceo is the core problem. He breaks what is not broken rather than patiently let it unfold. This place is also not a startup. I have a background in startups and this place by no means offer any perks or benefits of a start up. Benefits and pto days are the worst I have ever seen. If you get the stomach flu, suck it up or that carribean vacation won't come into fruition. Yes, you have just enough for one or the other. And don't even think of working from home.
