Robotics has a prestigious title while leaning into the future of surgical procedures. Not a "me too" product with no direct competition to date. Soon to be hiring for those in desperate need of a job.
Cons
Fear driven management style. Young, inexperienced leadership that will drive any tenured rep mad with the jaw dropping BS. The newbies don't know any better and think it's par for the course in getting into med device. The pay is significantly below standard with tremendous responsibility. The arrogance of senior management is nauseating. Be prepared for micro-managing at its finest. Pay is also evenly distributed as a team regardless of individual contribution. Compensation plan decreased earning potential in 2015 with responsibilities increased.
