      Best Compensation in the city.. Actually over rated salary..

      Cons

      Worst management.... No respect for the employees.. Management never lend ears to employees ideas in all technical things

      Great culture, exciting products, you can take ownership of the engineering you do. Chance to prove yourself.

      Pros

      1. Best place in current market to learn new and expose technology 2. It is a startup company so you can indulge in all part of software development phases 3. Good Human resource welfare schemes (Food, Transportation and Unplanned Leaves are available)

      Cons

      Since it is a starup salary will be less but work pressure will be more. Still knowledge gaining is guranteed.
