Pros
Family-run company, you work with plenty of wonderful people. New-ish CEO definitely leading company in a positive, growth-minded direction. Work-life balance varies by role but it's not nearly as taxing as other food companies in Chicago. Solid benefits, pay, and PTO. Free fry Friday is always a plus.
Cons
Org moves very slow, has tried to speed up recently but it's still a grind. Lack of headcount in key parts of company leads to bottlenecks that affect business and opportunities. HR and career advancement can be shaky at times.
