-No clear strategy, very reactionary based on how leadership feels about market share or profit -Lack of processes and structure in place compared to other CPG companies (departments are very silo'd and don't work cohesively towards business objectives) -Not a lot of opportunities to grow, teams are very lean -Teams are stressed and burning out; very minimal positive news coming out of the business -Salaries are low to average (dependent on role) compared to the industry
