The employees have been working from home full-time since Covid. We’ve discovered the many benefits of full-time WFH, including the fact that we are infinitely more productive from home because we are not distracted by the myriad office goings-on, especially with the new “open concept” design where everybody works in one huge room. It’s impossible to have a phone conversation. Working from home full-time also allows for a much better work-life balance. I’m sure many people will leave the company soon because they insist upon forcing us back to the office with no valid reasoning.
