Holiday and benefits (to make up for bad pay probably)- there are lots of brilliant and lovely people. Merger is ending so stable now

Support staff are 2nd rate citizens (if that) = aren't included in socials and if they are invited nobody speaks to them from the client teams. No trust to do the job even with extensive experience. Feels as though they want you to fail to prove why you're only support staff and that youre not worth their time. Elitist culture. If you are well to do and have the right network you will do well. No payrises - support staff would be let go before giving a pay rise as they are seen as disposable. Don't trust anything you're told on hiring unless it is in black and white on your contract. ****PAY is WAY below market average for anyone beneath senior management
