      Pros

      People are great for the most part and aims to treat you as one of their own. They try to resolve issues and disputes as best as possible. The whole team is hard working.

      Cons

      In my current position, there is no direction of going up. It seems like there may be no other positions to go and I often feel stuck where I am with no direction of improvement.

      I liked pretty much every single one of my coworkers

      Cons

      Couldn't get new shop tools in a timely manner, Not enough work for everyone, have to bug management repeatedly if you need anything, upper management picks favorites, does not promote from within unless you brown nose hard or are family.
