Low pay, dangerous situations, no healthcare, no training.....bad management, some inspections take over an hour.....often no one is home ....no gas or car allowances.....you should ask for at least 20 an inspection as they are likely billing the housing authority much more.......basically Mccright is an office, that makes phones calls and does office and admin work.......you are the Worker and they are taking advantage of you and the govts money by not giving you benefits and healthcare......the apartments you are inspecting are Section 8........the govt pays these people to live for free.......but the inspector gets the shaft? the person who wants to work and help others gets the low pay and no security.......its fitting and kinda aggravating........the worker gets paid virtually nothing, and a person gets free rent, food, healthcare, clothes, furnishings......because they are lazy and made bad choices......
