      Great team Talented engineers Central location Lunchtime knock off friday

      No benefits, lower than average pay No working from home No policies, procedures, processes or direction. Utterly chaotic. Senior management are incompetent yet quick to throw anyone under the bus

      Great people, I loved my time in the projects team and the banter with the engineers Central location, 15 minute walk from New Street Station

      Cons

      Bills itself as a tech firm, but don't do R&D? Someone got shot up the street a couple of weeks ago! As with many places, senior management ruin it.
