management generally don't get involved enough, some employees are quite bad at their job and often dont use the equipment given to them, or simply lack the attention to detail, care, and focus to actually do a good job and the more productive employees are made to overcompensate for it to an extent and generally slows down shifts. additionally the machines often malfunction which means that we all have to stop or slow down which is often quite frustrating.
