Pros
Its very laid back, you can work from home twice a week. The new CEO seems like he is changing things around for better quality of life. The managers are pretty flexible, i am sure they know whats going on and don’t want to micromanage. I have been with the company 8 years. I am very optimistic with the changes going on. If it doesn’t change as promised people will end up quitting.
Cons
The pay rate sucks specially in this economy. Hopefully with the new CEO he can change things around. The company lacks morale, no xmas parties, not even $25 gift cards which we used to get.
