Pros

The CEO is a very enterprising man, having owned Med-Advantage since 1998 and CredNet since 2011 (although his press release from March 2015 does puzzle me. How does he acquire something he already owns?).

Cons

If you want to work for a company that values it's employees and this country, don't work here. CEO turns a blind eye to Manager who tears people down instead of building them up. Many jobs were outsourced to India instead of expanding operations here and keeping Americans working. All of this I am sure contributes to company losing TONS of money and contracts and that's why we are now located in what is a ghetto as far as office locations go. There has been lots of crimes including robberies and sexual assaults in the surrounding neighborhood.

Pros

They are super nice. Good work environment.

Cons

The Pay-rate… I think they can increase the payrate and that way the employees do better their job

Pros

It’s really not that bad, and the company has a lot of potential. If you are coming from a big and well known company , it is quite the adjustment. With that being said, if you are looking to be developed as an employee or leader I would probably look elsewhere. This is not a job you retire at but more of a stepping stone. There’s no employee engagement, or much communication about process changes. The employees are amazing , and management is pretty understanding if you need time off. They offer flex scheduling which is hard to find. The benefits are lackluster and expensive, but I’m sure once the company grows the benefit package will get better. The pdo accrued isn’t much. But there are paid holidays which is always good.

Cons

Does not consider suggestions from employees to better the company. Pretty much set in their ways about how they want to run their teams. Also during hurricane Irma there wasn’t any communication wheather or not we were going to get paid until the next day we were supposed to work and it wasn’t a guarantee we were going to get paid . This definitely should have been communicated a lot sooner not a week after. The pay isn’t great either. The managers need to be more involved with employee engagement and morale.
