      Flexible schedule, competitive pay, easy access to management to include COO and CEO. Awesome co workers and directors.

      None. The hospitals can be busy but that’s part of the job and nobody’s fault.

      Bosses are amazing and on your side

      Cons

      Not treated like an actual employee- because we’re contract workers. Bad pay, horrible hours, no pay back for miles driven (which is a TON) for on-call, high stress, low reward
