Pros
1. Flexi hours-ish if you are a specialist but your OT isnt paid. Even for Coordinators actually. 2. Free medicine every 3 months that are generic and only paracetamol, mefenamic, and other meds you dont really need can be bought 3. Cool office
Cons
1. Micromanage - They say for growth but if you dont align to their thought process, they will make you feel that you are wrong and should let them rant about it 2. High turn over rate - they expect you to know your job by first week and will say its okay to make mistakes but will make you suffer afterwards where you wont be able to recover from it 3. Weekly meetings that are usually nonsense - this is just their way to make you feel less and if they are in a bad mood, prepare to be scolded for a very small mistake that can be fixed 4. False claims - you will apply for a certain position and once you get a job offer, its a different job title but they will say its the same and once you get in, you'll know that its not the same and they will lowball you and say it is based on performance? 5. Salary Increase - it takes an arm and a leg for you to get a salary increase, you have to prove how 'hardworking' and 'deserving' you are to the point where you are already sick yet you still report to work for you to qualify for an increase or a promotion. Only the higher ups get the benefits, lower positions are overworked and underpaid
