Toxic Environment, Run by Incompetent Children - Anonymous employee MedRisk Employee Review

It's been stated several times about this company, but it is all about favoritism. Completely unqualified people get promoted because they hang out with management on the weekends. Can easily become a hostile work environment and if you lodge a complaint to HR they try to turn it around on you. They grew too big , too fast and now they are hemorrhaging cash and have to get rid of good workers, while keeping on the incompetency that has cause all of their troubles. The leadership team doesn't care about their employees and are too stupid and stubborn to realize what the cause of their failing company is.
