      Work at home once a week Somewhat decent paycheck No real reprimand/accountability here if you lay low

      Cons

      Clueless management No process (at least ones that are followed) Outdated systems Horrible infrastructure Low morale (esp. with outsourcing and possible buyout) Band-Aid fixes to a much bigger problem in this company Revolving door of employees

      I like it here more or less it's not as bad as it used to be because the culture changed.
