Pros

They are very flexible with scheduling and understand when emergencies come up. They are a 24/7 company so there is a lot of possibilities of when you're wanting to work. The COO and CEO are extremely friendly and know you by name, hard to come by in many companies.

Cons

They DO NOT know how to communicate AT ALL. They say they want to see you grow and succeed, yet they don't help out at all or let you know of anything going on within the company. They say one thing and do the other. They undervalue their employees tremendously and overwork them with very little pay. You give them an inch of your assistance and they automatically take a yard. They have guidelines and script the handbook, yet they don't ever hold anyone accountable when they break them. They preach professionalism but every day people show up in slippers and hoodies.

Pros

Wonderful coworkers and by yourself most of the day.

Cons

Pay not equal to the job being done. Quest gets paid 20. Micromanaged. Harassed about taking a break but then are expected to make times for jobs. Hired for one thing and then put on another. Do not actually promote anyone from within. Can’t get supplies in a timely manner (specifically item barcodes). Etc.
