MedVet promotes the mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing of all team members. At MedVet, our goal is for team members and leaders to support one another to the best of their ability so that each caregiver can be the best version of themselves and avoid feeling overextended. Veterinary medicine can be intense, and we want our caregivers to feel equipped to navigate stressful situations through the support of fellow team members and leadership. In striving to lead specialty healthcare, we are committed to fostering a supportive, collaborative environment built on Teamwork, Leadership, and Compassion. We understand the challenging demands in the veterinary profession and are committed to developing and maintaining a culture of wellbeing in our hospital. With initiatives like complimentary subscriptions to mental wellbeing apps, our Employee Assistance Program, and the creation of a well-being room, we hope to continue to support and promote healthy ways of dealing with stress so everyone can be the best version of themselves when they are doing what they love .Establishing a work-life balance for all of our caregivers is a priority and we encourage full-time team members to utilize their PTO and time away to reset and recharge.
