Pros

The job itself is very easy, you make phone calls *cold calls. Inform people about benefits they were not aware of and set apt for them. You have to know how to use a computer, how to map, have common sense and just come to work and do your job. Easy money.

Cons

A lot of the leads don't have a clue what they're doing. They give the easiest work to their favorites which they claim to do only because they're "good on the phones". If they're good on the phones why not assign them the harder areas? A lot of people get away with walking around and talking instead of talking on the phones. The bathrooms are extremely dirty, people are disgusting. Poop smeared on the toilet seats, blood drops on the floor and stall.

Great fellow team members and good money if you hit your numbers.

Cons

Mismanaged and did not support those who were dedicated which led to what happened.
