Awkwardly authoritative stifling decision making process, everyone needs to be included in the process and in the end the most senior person involved gets to decide. This also does not make you feel very empowered.
Too many inexperienced people have become people managers, it shows. For example I announced that I would like to use my paternity leave and immediately my manager told me I should not take all of it. This is not a good company culture.
It sounds like they want to explain away all problems with "growth mind set".
Reorgs have not only changed the organisation but job descriptions too, you could be doing a completely different job the next day, this is not a good company culture.
Many employees feel like they are not doing what they signed up for, for example analysts do not analyze anything, they are system admins that figure out how to deal with a fickle system. Engagement managers are mostly 20% project managers 80% system admins, really more like a Customer Success Engineer. This is not a good company culture.
