Product appears to truly best in class. The company has a great customer list that a lot of companies can't tout. On top of that, they all seem to be happy and willing to evangelize on our behalf. People are very nice and always willing to help. Comp plan is top notch as well.
Cons
This job is tough, but that is why you have the chance to make insane money. You'll spend the bulk of your time cold calling the executive suite of companies which can beat you up. Be prepared to experience frustration that comes along with a company growing as fast as they are. Resources can be thin, and the ramp up is pretty intense with expectations that you are forecasting your first deal within 3 months of starting and hopefully closing your first deal at 6 months. Sometimes it very much feels like sink or swim so be make sure you are ok with this.
