Pros
Great company culture, generally speaking wonderful people to work with, and a sense of passion from top down.
Cons
Compensation is laughable, and the work/life balance is nonexistent. They ask you to perform well above your job level and then refuse to promote you in a timely manner. There is also a substantial amount of privileged people working at Medallia as they recruit directly from Stanford. It feels, at times, like a fraternity or a sorority instead of a professional place of business.
