* Very kind people - always willing to help out one another, both at and outside of work * A good product - something to be proud of * Flexibility - open to very unique arrangements to accommodate personal situations * A small, rapidly growing company which means plenty of opportunities for growth * Really great benefits - unusually high vacation amount, good health insurance options, 401(k), etc.
Cons
* Long hours in client services positions * Lack of repeatable processes from sudden rapid growth means lots of reinventing the wheel and repeating mistakes. * Minimal structured feedback * Inefficient decision making, typical of family run businesses
