Thank you for your feedback. I love that you mention collaboration and smarts together, implying that intellect alone is not enough -- we need people who value both. Your comment about innovation surprised me. We continue to innovate at hyper speed, both launching entirely new projects and iterating on our "legacy products", which are only 2-3 years old. The pace is only going to increase as we are on track to hire almost 100 engineers this year. Clearly we need to do a better job of communicating our innovation. The product team is presenting at the fireside on Jan 29 if you can attend. If you cannot, the presentation will also be recorded. Please let us know how else we can more effectively communicate. We don't want to leave people with misperceptions about our product innovation (or anything else, for that matter). Thanks for raising this to my attention. - Amy
