Pros
Not sure about what the pros are any more but back in 2020 used to be a good place to work with amazing people which majority left
Cons
Managers feel like robots and there are 0 culture or motivation within teams to encourage folks to be a part of the team - they don't care about anything but the business and they're not even trying to pretend otherwise They also under paid me for the first 3-4 years of my 5 years journey with them. When I realized that, they said it only could be fixed little by little so it took forever just meet the salary range given I started as an intern
