Chauvinistic management, low pay if your female, secretive, no clearly defined job descriptions, management by intimidation, 0 training it's like a cult, management , can't offer opinions or you will be set up to fail. brainwashes employees that they have it good and jobs are scarce. No support as employees have no experience. No HR,

Pros

After being with the company for years, some of the pros are: + Small team that works very well together. + Honesty and open communication between the managers and coworkers (with a caveat in cons). + Very competitive health care. + A competitive matching 401K plan. + Flexible schedule and time off. + In the production team, everyone gets their own large office. + Get to work in a studio during filming. + You get to wear many hats and learn a lot of different skills.

Cons

Some of the cons are: - Management has a lot of room for improvement. - No bonus system. - Minimal to modest raises. - No provided meals, personal days, or other recreational activities. - No personal days, just PTO or sick days (sometimes people just need a personal day). - Management isn't very open or ever asks how they can improve the work environment. - Room for growth but compensation isn't very well, if any.
